Malta is a magic island which we landed on with chartered planes with 400 expectant employees.
The participants had digitally before the event been involved and influenced the content of both choices of experiences on the island and the meeting format. We can say that nature, culture, action activity, quiet boat trips and hang out the sea were all meeting places in the workshop. When dinner was served on the rocks by the sea, everyone bubbled of energy and stories from the day, everything from adrenaline-fueled experiences to innovative development by the company.
