Hiking over flowering hills, with wonderful views of land and sea, visits to a couple of the famous apple orchards, bike rides along magical beaches and finally a paddle tournament we will soon forget. A weekend that filled the participants with new energy, knowledge and power. The accommodation at Ystad Saltsjöbad where good food was served and where the spa became a welcoming break made the days complete.
